Olivia was very both informative and responsive. She contacted me with any update on my felony docket. She both provided her professional insight, while allowing me to give my input of my defense. She worked diligently in my defense and was able to avoid a prison sentence during my sentence! I did my part, but was impressed by her empathy and insight! 5 stars
