Attorney Elliott represented a few of my family members in a lawsuit against another family member. As emotions can run wild, Attorney Elliott was outstanding in being sympathetic to our feelings of being betrayed, yet kept us focused and on track in dealing with the substantive issues of the lawsuit. Attorney Elliott was exceptional in working together with my family and me during the entire period of the proceedings, including: identifying, securing and analyzing all pertinent information regarding the case; organizing the information such that our position could easily be presented and validated to the defendant and third party(ies); moving the suit to mediation in an attempt to settle without prolonged trial and legal expenses; presenting to mediator a detailed and convincing position/argument that resulted in his recommended settlement very favorable to my family; follow-up to conclude all the various settlement details when defendant accepted mediator's position. Just as important to us as Attorney Elliott's professional expertise, his professional manner demonstrated during all our interactions with him enabled my family members to be very comfortable working with Attorney Elliott. In summary, a very favorable experience with Attorney Elliott in all ways.
