I Called Mr.Heimberger in late July of 2018 after speaking with several attorneys in the Cleveland area that I wasn’t satisfied with. He answered the phone himself and scheduled my appointment promptly. I meet with him in his Akron office and he provided the knowledge and reassurance that I needed. He advised what I would be discharged through chapter 7 and filed an “avoidance of Liens” in which saved my home. I received a discharged in November with no issues.
