Steve is friendly and professional as is everyone in his office. He explained my process to me and upfront about how much the fees would be. Communication is key and if I did have a question I always had a prompt response.

Christopher Parker promised to help me. Tried calling multiple times only to get a call 3 days before trial. When advised of my alibi and other things relevant to my case, I was told it’s too late.
