First time filing for disability was not with this law firm I was denied. I was recommended by a friend the first time with Shannon and I was denied and went back through it again for physical problems as well as Mental health in which the physician signed off on ,Mr Godios was representing me this time and again denied. I was told that basically that the judge didn't want to overrule the previous ones. I just wish my case was taken more serious than it was. This was in 2018/2020.

Couldn't have won my case (on the 1st hearing!) without the diligence of this firm. They accepted my case despite my younger age (some places won't take anyone under 40) and helped make the process easier for me. Would absolutely recommend!

Attorney Chris Godios did an amazing job winning my husbands disability case. Unfortunately my husband passed away before the case could be settled. It was a two year process because we had received 2 denials but he kept pursuing the case even though my husband had passed because he stated I would be eligible for his benefits up until the day he died. Attorney Godios prepared me for the hearing on what to expect and he pled my husband’s case very well and we won the case and I am so appreciative. Highly recommend this law firm!
