Where do I begin? I fought for 9 yrs trying to get disability and was denied every single time. I chose this law firm after I saw all of the great reviews and the 5 star rating, something just told me to call them. I am so thankful that I did. I had the honor of working with Dylan and he is so friendly and easy to talk to. I can't thank him enough for actually listening to me and understanding my situation. He won my case for me and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for everything he's done for me. If you need help with your case I HIGHLY recommend this law firm!!

Hi, I would absolutely not recommend Scott as a disability attorney to anyone. We have been working with him since January of 2021 and he was highly recommended for his services. He was absolutely awful!! We couldn't get him to respond to our emails for weeks, sometimes a month at a time and when he did he just apologized saying he had nothing to share. What? What professional doesn't respond back promptly to the customer he is serving to let them know where they are and what's going on, even if there's not much happening. We finally decided to fire him in October 2023 and have yet to receive our medical file back or even get an email respond to the four emails I've sent since October. Unbelievable! Do not use him if you want prompt action taken on your claim and even his assistant Michelle couldn't respond to us on his behalf. I'm not sure how he stays in business with this kind of poor service. We will find an attorney that actually wants to work and make money for us and for themselves. Extremely Disappointed. Chris

I was injured in November of 2018. I went through the whole workman’s compensation system with no relief. I was unable to work from 2018 to present. I found Scott through my Workman’s compensation attorney. Scott was patient with my questions and showed true empathy for my situation. Because of Covid my case was delayed but during that period of time Scott stayed in contact with me. He made sure that I was aware of everything that was going on. Today. I had my final hearing. I could not be happier with the results. Mr. Kolligan has a firm grasp of the law. Scott is not like most attorneys that I have dealt with in my life. He genuinely cares about your situation, and will do whatever he can to help you find resolution. I would recommend Mr. Kolligan to anybody that is having trouble navigating the Social Security disability system. If you were having issues with the Social Security administration, a highly recommend that you contact Mr. Kolligan.

Though I had a written contract in hand for Kolligian to handle my disability case he dodged emails and phone calls for 10 months before he called me and confessed like a child that he had simply never gotten around to doing any work at all on my case. He admitted Covid was not a factor and that he could not offer a defense (that in itself doesn’t say much about an attorney). I hired a new attorney and my disability was awarded without contention, but my backpay was 10 months short because I was given a small contractual bonus that changed my disability date. The effective date is determined by the last time a person is paid by their company and Kolligian delayed my case so long that it resulted in my receiving over $15,000 less in backpay. This comment won’t be removed, evidence that it is absolutely factual.

I would highly recommend Scott Kolligian and his team if you are in need of an attorney. Scott is very personable, easy to work with, it is almost like speaking to a family member, they all are wonderful. He and his team made a process that I was dreading ok. I don't want to say easy because I know how hard Scott and his team worked, but they made it easy for me and for that I am ever greatful. I would not hesitate to recomend Scott Kolligian to anyone or call him for myself in the future. You have only made a good start to your troubles by starting with Scott in my opinion.
