Hi, my name is Sam. I am only 44 years old, which makes it really hard to earn social security benefits at that age. But due to all the hard work Scott Kolligian has done for me, he made it possible with a fully favorable decision from the judge. My wife and I, and my kids were all so happy when Scott told us that my case was approved. In addition, he even explained to me in deep details what fully favourable decisions mean and what other possible resources are available for me, and so on. We appreciate his work ethic and we hope that he’ll achieve many things as far as being a lawyer. Great attorney services

Hi, I would absolutely not recommend Scott as a disability attorney to anyone. We have been working with him since January of 2021 and he was highly recommended for his services. He was absolutely awful!! We couldn't get him to respond to our emails for weeks, sometimes a month at a time and when he did he just apologized saying he had nothing to share. What? What professional doesn't respond back promptly to the customer he is serving to let them know where they are and what's going on, even if there's not much happening. We finally decided to fire him in October 2023 and have yet to receive our medical file back or even get an email respond to the four emails I've sent since October. Unbelievable! Do not use him if you want prompt action taken on your claim and even his assistant Michelle couldn't respond to us on his behalf. I'm not sure how he stays in business with this kind of poor service. We will find an attorney that actually wants to work and make money for us and for themselves. Extremely Disappointed. Chris

I was referred to Scott referred by an attorney that handles my worker’s compensation. I contacted the office to make an appointment with Scott. The staff was very pleasant. Once I spoke with Scott I knew I had found the right attorney. Scott and Michele were very responsive to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Where do I begin? I fought for 9 yrs trying to get disability and was denied every single time.
