I went to them because I needed someone to fight for my rights as a father. I was worried that I would get the short end of the stick, but Barbara & the others went above and beyond for me. In the end I have custody of my son and rights to my step daughter. Thank you, so very much.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER!!! My daughter spent thousands of dollars to help her and my grandson with a severe domestic violence battle with her ex and she didn’t care, she doesn’t work hard for you, you hardly ever get a return phone call, even with emergency situations happening, and loses for you! She will drag every thing out and want thousands more dollars from you to continue to do nothing! And then she wonders why my daughter gets upset with her when this lawyer isn’t keeping her and her 3year old safe and always losing in court! Unbelievably a horrible lawyer!

WORST LAW FIRM EVER!!!! Barb and her team did nothing for my son and I by protecting us against my abuser EX. They took my money and did not do ANYTHING but make me lose in court and look like a fool against my ex and his feisty lawyer! I knew I should have went with a better law firm! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM! They will make you spend thousands of dollars and not stick up for you in court! I tried calling them over and over and would leave messages and they won’t answer any of my phone calls! But the second they need money from you, WOW they are on top of reaching out to you!! I had to go into their office to speak to someone to get answers on updates on my case! The assistant, HOPE is a horrible lady as well! Very rude and doesn’t care about your situation ! They all SUCKED! If you want to waste money and spend over $8,000 on them then here’s the scamming law firm for ya!

My fiancé used Barbara for a child support / custody hearing case . $4500 down the drain . Her communication became non existent when things begin to get denied in court, he literally had to go down to the court to get the documents himself, Barbara did not prepare him for trial & she always needed a continuance because she did not stay on top of the case. 6 months of reaching out & leaving messages she finally returned a call requesting $1000 . Not a great experience.

Eric won't return my phone calls and I have been trying to get in contact with him for my mother to ask him to please file judical release on my mother's behalf.
