Barbara was my attorney for two separate child custody cases. She was always available and very professional. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job. I'll hire her for any needs I have going forward.

Mr Folk, represented me last year (2019) in a children service case that ended up turning into a child custody case. In the end I was awarded with custodial rights of my children and it couldn't have gone any better. He advised me on what I was supposed to do from the beginning of the case all the way to the end. He's also assisted or reffered me to other legal representation when I needed it. During the case whenever I had an issue with anything, it was something I wasn't doing properly and he pointed me in the right direction. He also made sure I did more than I had to do so when a judgement was made there was no question of winning or not. Alex is an excellent attorney and I recommend him 100%!!!

I called Alexander Folk after calling several law office that had very rude Receptionists. Attorney Folk personally answered his phone and was patient and professional while answering my questions. I will definitely use him if my case has to go to court and I will also refer him to my family , friends and colleagues.

I was very disappointed with her service she is mean and she charge me for services she did not render also charged me a cancellation fee That was supposed to be free she also charge me for a phone call and I did not speak with her I spoke with her Paralegal who told me the consolation was free then after I fired her they charged me a cancellation fee she was very very mean I was very unhappy with her services her paralegal told me if I speak with him on the phone is free and If I speak with her on the phone it’s a fee I never spoke with her on the phone so how was I charged They put charges on my bill that was never render cancellation was supposed to be free and I did not speak with her on the phone so how did I have to pay $225 for something that never happened She put all these extra charges on my bill because she was fired because I did not like her services And I do not want to give her that one star that’s on here but I can’t take it off I rate her zero stars

Good lawyer for family

She was my public defender /paid lawyer in 2007 it was my first case and me and my mother was arrested together 3 days later my brother was killed while being in custody with a PV hold on me and she went so hard to get me a furlough to go to the funeral and filled my judical half way into my time. After being denied for all programs because of my offense .in which I was granted judicial and released.straight home no program just probation.That was 12 years ago to the day .and I am forever thankful for her and never looked back doing great with children and everyone doubted her because she wasn't real known at the time and was public defender .But she definitely was on my side..Thank You .Regika
