This is a horrible group of attorneys. I was in a car accident in September of 2016 it is now July 2017 and I'm still waiting on my case to be settled. I have been calling for the last 2 weeks and leaving voicemails yet no one has returned my calls. I wish I could rate is lower then 1 star.

Chester Law Group has given me the worst experience I have ever encountered with any attorney, they are the worst group of attorney I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with. I was in a horrific car accident in December of last year, I called and they sent someone to my home in January that I signed with whom I assumed was my attorney. I had zero contact with them for the next 4 months and didn't discover until late may that I was actually given a different attorney who I had never met or even spoken to. I was still receiving correspondence from the insurance company which meant they didn't know I had representation. Everytime I called the office I had to leave a message for a paralegal who would call me back the next day. When I finally got fed up enough to move on from them they charged me $846 claiming to waive the fees for any "work" being done and charging me for a crash report, that they already had the first and only time I met with them, and for my medical records which I can access through OSU's MyChart for free. I have sent 3 emails trying to get my file sent to my new attorney, all of which have gone unanswered. For anyone considering signing with Chester Law Group I very strongly advise against doing so.
