I was in a pretty bad car accident over 2 years ago. Thankfully, I was not severely injured. However, the insurance company of the person that hit me was very uncooperative in paying my medical bills. Hence, I felt that I needed an attorney. Initially, I had a very good impression of Chester Law. The attorney that I met with was very personable and explained everything in detail. However, this was not the attorney that was assigned to my case. I never spoke with the attorney that I initially met with again. Nor, did I speak with the attorney assigned to my case until my case was passed to a co-co-counsel.Throughout my entire case, paperwork was tossed from one paralegal to another, and communication was not very good throughout the case. Finally, after over a year, Chester passed my case on to a co-counsel. To this day, I have no idea why that was necessary. Chester Law is supposed to be well versed in personal injury law, so why was my case passed on to a co-counsel? At any rate, the co-counsel was even less efficient and less communicative than Chester. I constantly had to follow up, and I believe that my case was tossed aside. I finally settled my case over a month ago. I was very dissatisfied that I had to pay over 40 percent in attorney’s fees when I felt the attorneys did nominal work, and I had to advise when I wanted a lawsuit filed. Overall, my experience was not very good. My case was very straightforward and took almost 2 yrs to settle. I personally would not recommend this firm when there are other options in the Akron/Cleveland area.

I would highly recommend Chester Law Group I was in two accidents two weeks apart and at first I was frustrated because of the not knowing but when I was frustrated Attorney Jennifer called me right away and talked to me about my frustration and she really eased my mind and I appreciate that but my favorite Attorney is Ashley Clay she did her job and helped me at the same time when I was down and out she worked hard to get me to a better place and I am grateful for that so I want to thank both Attorney Jennifer and Attorney Ashley for their professionalisms if you want a good attorney Chester Law Group is who you want

Even though this experience after our accident was a difficult time in our lives, I am grateful that we found Tom and Jolyn. We had a prior attorney that saw no value in us and our case, which was unfortunate, but then we found Chester Law. Tom and Jolyn were true team members with us...not just attorneys.
