Michael was outstanding! Handled a severance package and got more than the original offer. Very professional and was always in touch to keep me updated as the process moved along. Very knowledgeable in every aspect of what of could and should be done. My best interest were always at the forefront of everything. Would hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a great lawyer.

Michael was seriously the best lawyer I've come in contact with! He was excellent at keeping me informed throughout the whole process of my claim. Even before I hired him he explained what to expect, made me comfortable with understanding the steps and didn't bombard me for "the sale" like other lawyers. It's bittersweet that I won't be working with him again (hopefully). I highly suggest him to handle your claim(s)!

My husband and I retained Michael Karst to represent us in an unusual claim against a prominent, nationwide corporation who, through admitted, complete and utter negligence, turned our world upside down. I was laid-off unexpectedly by my employer. Patrick negotiated a very good severance for me. He advised me not to accept what they had initially offered me and provided excellent recommendations on what I should request and do. He handled everything for me in a timely manner. He always responded quickly to me calls or emails and he contacted me whenever he had new information. In addition to being knowledgeable and thorough, he was a good listener and kind. I know I would not have received as good of a severance package had he not helped me!
