“8 months later, no returned calls. Then I get a notice that my wages are being garnished. I tried to reach out before the garnishment happened and no returned calls. I reached out over 5 times without a call back for the next week.”

Lawyers being rude and unwilling to listen to clients
“When speaking with Alex, I was very calm and just had questions, he got huffy with me and started getting smart with me. He would not let me finish a sentence. He then said I had a check bounced 8 months ago and never received a call back from them. He then said 'you send us a check, you have to have sufficient funds'. I told him I did but it took them 3 weeks to cash my check and the he HUNG UP ON ME.”
