My wife and I had the pleasure of hiring Nick when we was with partnership and were very pleased. Since he has started his own practice I have hired him for myself, business, and a board I sit on. He has been prompt and to the point. Very professional and has always gotten back to me in a fast manner. Highly recommend to anyone business and personal.

Last year I was in need of a new attorney as mine had passed away. A friend recommended Nick with Atterholt Law Ltd. I was thrilled he was here in Ashland for starters. We discussed on the phone what I needed done and he gave me a price, which to me was very reasonable. We met soon after in his office and went over all that I needed. It was done quickly and we then went over everything to make sure is was what I needed. I proofed it after he did and everything was perfect. I would recommend Atterholt Law to anyone and have spread the word to my friends looking for a good attorney. I am grateful to my friend for suggesting Nick. A good guy.

Over the past few years, we have had the opportunity to work with Nick Atterholt. When needing to obtain legal counsel, its not typically under the best circumstances but his professionalism, can-do attitude, and empathy is superb.

Nick has handled a few things for us in the past. One of which was identity theft resulting in my husband being sued. He was very helpful in resolving it and setting things back to rights. We will always use Nick for our legal needs.

Nick was nothing but professional and kind when assisting me. He has also done wills and trusts for family members and they were very happy with his work.

I have dealt with many attorneys in my life and this particular one can take the whole cake for “shady business”. Nick Atterholt has one of the “worst track records” in the state. From taking too many cases at one time which is only beneficial to him (not his clients) and always late for court dates. His firm has repeatedly made accusations against innocent people and the courts in his jurisdiction has already awarded them with cash payouts for his incompetence… BEWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!!!! You have been warned. (Revised 10/5) You lost your case against me Nick. It was dismissed due to lack of evidence and the debilitating effects of the people you “do represent”. I was rewarded money back from the court so I have no reason to be upset with you. I wrote this review to inform other potential clients. I did not write this review to lie about you. Many attorneys has spoken to me about you and your “track record”… I couldn’t be anymore grateful for your lack of leadership and honesty. I AM simply warning those fresh new faces of the experience I had in dealing with your law firm. In google we have the right to speak and evaluate any business we come across… Sorry but, a lot of people have been hurt by your actions or lack of accountability
