After scheduling a consultation with Attorney Kellogg I was disappointed when I had to phone the office to confirm that our appointment was still on. His assistant was surprised that I hadn't received a call and said she would reach out and confirm. After hours of waiting by the phone I called back only to find that his assistant was just as surprised as I was they he didn't reach out. She attempted to cancel that days appointment and when I suggested to leave it scheduled and to schedule a tentative second appointment in case I was not contacted, it was rather difficult to get it scheduled. But when the second appointment came and 15 minutes into it I received a phone call from his assistant indicating that neither she nor he knew he was scheduled to sit on the bench that day. But that I should wait by my phone for his call. After several hours I called back to express my frustrations that I am expected to be on call when we had a scheduled time to meet.. and that they wouldn't accept me if I were 15 minutes late to a scheduled meeting. At which point the assistant became rather rude and cold suggesting that she could have him call me back with referrals (I wouldn't want any referrals from an attorney that can't keep appointments). I indicated that I would wait for a response. Unfortunately I was out to eat when attorney Kellogg did decide to return my call at 8 minutes to 5 (rescheduled appointment was at 1100). Having already reached out to other area attorneys for consultation I declined to answer the call. Needless to say if you are looking for an attorney to represent you I do not recommend this office. For as precise of a field that law is to have an attorney that cannot manage his schedule and maintain appointments or even call to indicate that he's running behind... That is an attorney that I do not want to represent me. It's just sad that I have to go all the way to Mansfield to find good representation in Ashland County.

He told me if he didn’t think I had a chance, he would be upfront and not waste my time and money. As a single mom, I appreciated his honesty. Attorney DeSanto has a good rapport in Ashland Municipal Court and that gave me some hope as we entered the courtroom. My ticket was dismissed and I would not have had that outcome without his help. I highly recommend Desantos and Kellogg Law Offices. Attorney Kellogg was a God send for my daughter. After her husband took her seven year old stepson, and walked out on her and their four year old daughter she was quite devastated. She was trying to keep it together, but it was so difficult. Attorney Kellogg came and listened most importantly, and was an advocate for both my daughter and granddaughter. He was incredibly caring and kind. He gave my daughter the peace of mind she needed to move on during her arduous divorce and she found happiness again. I'm so thankful for Attorney Kellogg and his staff because they made a terrible experience more tolerable.
