“Spoke on the phone with a lady who didn't give a name. She listened to my situation for maybe 2 minutes, told me they weren't enough attorneys to help everyone who needed it and I would need to hire a private attorney. When I asked if she could steer me in the right direction she replied with "no, we don't have enough attorneys to help you". She was very rude, cut me off multiple times, and sounded very uninterested in what I was saying.”
