Mrs. Martin served as a GAL for my daughter. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and most importantly, fought for my daughter’s wants and best interests. My only regret moving forward is that she can’t be my attorney in Family Court. She’s one fantastic lawyer. Highly recommend you hire her if in need.

As a GAL she drove up the price of my custody battle, she didn’t listen to my incredibly fair grounded mature almost 18 and 16 year old , who simply wanted to be heard and rebuild a relationship with Dad. Vivian was Incredibly biased, she actually caused more separation between my children and their father that I had been requesting them all to reunite. Unnecessary hearings all due to her request, and her lack of knowledge of Law. Simply driving up legal fees well past what was expected offering no communication of billing updates as is required of a GAL. I had to go above her head at the law firm that I wasn’t aware at the time that she was soon to be no longer employed with to get an actual invoice showing how she could possibly be more expensive as an appointed GAL than my well experienced attorney William Parker that was involved with our case 6 months before Vivian came into the case.
