Lack of communication and transparency
“Sneaky in a good way, but would have liked more communication. He was my wife's attorney several years ago for shared parenting plan(SPP) modification cause I was tired of my wife's ex calling many times to argue when he didn't get what he wanted outside of the spp. I didn't get all that we originally wanted, but we got more. Somehow he snuck in pieces that gave my wife full custody even though it was marked a spp. If he would have communicated more then I would give him 5 stars and apologize for being so rude to several years ago.”

“Make sure you're a millionaire to hire at this firm. Called for an attorney to represent my wife & he just assumed we can't afford him. News flash buddy, my wife makes $20 an hour & I make $25 an hour. It's not glamorous like you being an attorney in Batavia but to blatantly insult us is beyond unprofessional.”
