Poor communication and organizational skills
“Mr. Sindell is highly disorganized. He asked on at least 5 occasions for me to provide him with documents that I had already given him. Also, his communication skills are extremely poor. He repeatedly interrupts. He repeatedly goes off on long monologues that have little to do with the case, even though they might have at first. He repeatedly takes client phone calls during scheduled appointments, totally disrupting the session.”
