Neil has been a trusted confidant and someone who will always take my call to ask whatever questions I might have. I feel better knowing that he is there to help whenever I have a problem that needs a legal eye. He has extensive knowledge and experience and because of that, always has a thoughtful strategy to approach whatever legal situation I have been involved in.

Arrogant, desperate, self-indulgent, incompetent individual who is extremely insecure and attempts to 1-up his clients due to his own self-hatred. He needs to get with a doctor to resolve his own psychological problems so he can live a better life.

My husband and I contacted Neil after going through my husbands work plan for legal assistance. When we spoke with Neil on the phone, informed him of our living situation and the illegal activities that new management was doing to scare us (carrying guns), threaten us (following myself and children around our community taking videos of us, yelling obscenities, and making inappropriate hand gestures), and falsely accuse us of behaviors to attempt to get us evicted…Neil rudely stated, “Oh, well you can move out, then your problem would be solved”. I explained that I own my home, have made thousands of dollars in improvements, and lived here for over 10 years. He didn’t want to offer help or assistance in any way and continued to tell me to move, then I wouldn’t have any problems. I would NEVER recommend this guy, he is absolutely terrible, has POOR communication skills, and is RUDE!! Do not use!! We informed my husbands assistance people, and they noted in their file Neil’s behavior, our complaint, and other informational stuff.

I speak with Neil about every month or so regarding real estate law and how to handle various situations. He is always prompt with his phone calls, always very professional and also friendly and understanding. His guidance is always easily understandable and it is clear he cares very much about his work and the advice that he gives. He is obviously very knowledgeable about many aspects of the law. Would definitely recommend him with any legal issue you may encounter.
