Not happy with the service Attorney Siegel provided. He charged me for research which I had already provided during our initial meeting. Please do research when selecting an attorney.

Neil Siegel was very biased and rude. I wasted $600 (for initial research) on an attorney who had no respect for veterans. He told me that the war Operation Iraqi Freedom that I fought in was nothing compared to what soldiers went through in Vietnam (his opinion). He also insinuated that I was lying to him as he belittled my situation and made me feel very uncomfortable. Even though he told me I had a case and he was willing to take it, I declined his services. I wouldn't recommend him because of his biased attitude and remarks.

I worked with Frank Giaimo on a tenant landlord dispute that has been ongoing for a couple years and came down to some serious legal bouts that needed to be resolved. He was honest and straightforward with the realities of the case, the personal situation, timing, the judge, etc. And he was able to draw from a lot of resources and experience to build a solid defense I was confident in. Ultimately we did a settlement, and I think it went more in my favor than he was really expecting. So far so good. When you show up (to any lawyer) have patience (the law takes time), listen to their advice (they are the experts after all) and do your research and have as much information for your case as possible. Have an idea about what you may want and discuss it with them to see if it can be done. You are also always free to get someone else if unsatisfied. Dee at the front desk is great!
