She took the lease provided by the landlord and went through it with me section by section and we made a lot of great changes that I would have missed (since I'm not an attorney) and helped me really protect my brand new business. I bought a business recently and Katy drafted the buy-sell agreement. She was incredibly knowledge of the entire process, legal protections for my business and due diligence checking the history of the seller's business. When I do my next acquisition, I will definitely use Katy again.
