I am forever thankful that Mr. Doyle was recommended to me for my BON issue. Great Job! Listens, understands, has great insight to what I needed to do and how to help me through.
Talks through the details and helped me understand legal vocabulary. Definitely gets my referral!

Barry helped me through an extremely difficult time in my nursing career. He was compassionate and supportive, not to mention non-judge mental which meant the world to me! He promptly answered my calls/texts/emails (and there were a lot) and walked me through every step of the legal process of earning my nursing license again. Within just over a year of hard work and dedication I had my license back and had a new nursing job that I love, a blessing in disguise. Barry was instrumental in this process and I could not have achieved this without his support.

I unfortunately found myself in need of a lawyer. I met Barry through a friend. He gave me plenty of legal advice before I decided to hire him. When I did hire him he went to work immediately on my case. I was also dealing with a professional licensing body, and he dealt with them as well. He was always available, and responded to my calls and texts very quickly. He represented me well in court and kept me out of jail (even though it didn't turn out as I had hoped). He did all that he could to keep me out of further trouble. He followed up with me througout my probation, and even filed a motion for me after my probation ended. Barry is the best.

Mr. Doyle has been a wonderful lawyer. He answers texts on his off time, responds to emails, and advocates for me at all times. He is organized, thoughful, and very capable. During a very stressfull time Mr. Doyle was compassionate and trustworthy. I was over joyed with my outcome in court and I continue to consult him.

Mr. Doyle was always available for questions, reassurance and guidance. During a personally torturous time in my life Mr. Doyle was willing to be flexible with my needs and anticipate each next step in my legal matters. His case load is demanding and the fact that he still made himself available at any time spoke volumes of his dedication to each of his clients. Thanks for all your hard work!

I am an RN who had an issue with addiction. I retained Barry early in my recovery. He should the utmost professionalism and compassion for my problems. He has represented many medical professionals with the legal issues that arise from addictive behavior. This is how he came recommended to me. He is well known and respected within the Cuyahoga County Court and Ohio Board or Nursing. He was very knowledgeable with the OBN investigative process and the paper work that I needed to submit to the Board. He explained the legal process thoroughly. He was very supportive through this trying time. He is a true advocate for those in recovery that need legal representation.

Barry is a good lawyer for any medical professional going through a difficult time. I had an addiction issue and Barry helped me through. He was supportive of my recovery and always complimented the hard work I've done. He let me make payments because I lost everything I had and didn't push me to get my money to him. He continued to work for me as long as I sent when I could at the time and I don't know any lawyer that is willing to do that. He guided me through the process or obtaining my nursing license back and treatment in lieu with the court system. He has played an active role in my success. I have always been able to get in contact with him and never felt like I couldn't ask him anything or talk to him about anything, including recovery. He is well known and respected within the Cuyahoga County Court and Ohio Board or Nursing.

Not only did I get my nursing license back, but Barry helped me get into treatment and find a sponsor to honestly change my life around. He is not your typical robot lawyer who takes money and runs. He genuinely cared about my sobriety and ability to return to nursing without putting my life or other people's lives at risk. He knew everyone at the nursing board on a first name basis and I can tell they trusted and respected him. Barry took care of every aspect of my trial so I can focus on recovery. When I wasn't doing my part in the beginning he knew, and got me into an amazing treatment facility. That shows me he's not interested in putting sick nurses back to work. I think that's why he has such a good reputation with the board. He charged a low standard fee and I paid him when I could. He always returned my calls and guided me through the process when I didn't know what to expect. I have recommended two other medical professionals to him and they both thank me all the time as they have their careers back as well. I couldn't say enough positive things about Barry Doyle. He saved my life and I am so grateful to have him as my attorney!

I lost my nursing license permanently because of this joke of an attorney. I had a hearing in front of the board and in front of the nursing officials he called me incompetent. I was appalled. I had to sit there while he pretty much destroyed my life and I had paid him thousands of dollars already and he refunded nothing for destroying everything for me. There are so many other qualified attorneys. Please don't make the mistake I did and destroy your career/life with this man. Another reviewer also talked about how she permanently lost her life as a nurse because of him. He seemed more interested in talking to me about how are used to get high and he seem to want to know who my connections were. I am a recovering addict and it was absolutely disgusting the way he clearly wanted to get his hands on chemicals. More than once he brought up how his daughter smokes large amounts of marijuana. This was totally inappropriate. I told him I no longer associated with that life and at that point he had already cashed my check so I just had to go with him even though I wanted to withdraw and hire somebody else. I asked him if I could do this and he said he had a "no refund" policy. So I went on ahead even though I should have ran the other way. He was also hired by me in a different matter and did absolutely nothing in that and charged me thousands of dollars. I hired him for that matter because he is good at talking sympathetically towards vulnerable people in trouble and getting them to trust him but he is an actor. A sleazebag attorney. If you make the mistake of going to see him, you will be conned by the way he tries to talk you up in your corner and act like he will be a champion attorney and restore your life. I was duped. He puts on quite a show. Don't give him the opportunity. I still at that point had not known he was going to destroy my nursing career so I hired him in a different matter is well. This man is nothing more than a thief who will say anything to get money from your bank account into his and then when he ruins everything for you he will not return your calls and he will act like it was your fault. When I started calling him and asking him what he was doing about that matter that I paid him thousands of dollars for he would not return my calls and told me to stop contacting him. I had so much solid evidence in that case and I tried presenting it to him, but he seemed to think I was not important enough for him to sit there in his office and go over all the material. He should have been fighting for me. That's what I hired him to do, yet I soon found out he would not even give me the time of day. He just has an eye on people's bank account and he will not follow through. I feel sick when I think of the thousands of dollars I had to borrow from family that I gave to this Barry Doyle and all he did in return was wreck me. USE A DIFFERENT ATTORNEY DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE

I hired Barry Doyle to help me with my nursing license. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I gave him a stack of papers from my recovery process and continuing education on our first meeting and almost a year later the Board of Nursing denied my application because it was incomplete. They never received the papers. Also I was told to fill out an application for reinstatement almost a year later and I should have done that right away. Other nurses I know who did not have a lawyer got their consent agreements within a few weeks and and I could not understand what was taking me so long because I paid Mr. Doyle thousands of dollars to help me. The one thing he was very thorough in talking about at out last meeting is how happy is is that marijuana is legal in Colorado and how his daughter's friends smoke it. When I gave him my continuing education certificate from the night before on Drug Addiction and the Elderly he said he thought it was great that senior citizens were getting high. He then asked why wasn't I getting charged from this conversation and I started talking to him about my drug of choice. Then he wanted to know what orifice I used, did snort it, shoot it, smoke it, and how did it make me feel. This conversation had nothing to do with my legal situation. I actually felt a recall high leaving his office.

I am a nurse, and was arrested with OVI. Barry Doyle was recommended to me by a surgeon friend of mine. Barry specializes in representing nurses and doctors and all medical professionals. Not only did he reduce my case without me setting foot in a courtroom, but he handled all communication between the state nursing board. He knew everyone by first name at the nursing board and returned my life to normal faster than I ever imagined.
