Great experience... very responsive and wonderful communication. They were a pleasure to work with and expedited closure to an unpleasant experience with my brand new car. I would definitely recommend their services.

The worst experience, three months so far and no follow up or update status. If you don't call you will never receive an email, phone call or any type of communication. I have sent a total of 10 work orders in three months to the paralegals, my car has been sitting at the dealership for an entire month for additional repairs since October. The times that i have called, their answer is "no updates, no response, we can send another letter " really! The file sits there doing nothing, they don't even provide you with a copy of the letter. They don't follow up unless you call. Victoria and Jordan are the paralegal ls so far they can't even provide the total number of work orders i have sent, meaning my file is just sitting there and no action on their behalf. After I posted the review i received a phone call, from an attorney letting me know that since I'm not happy with the service that they are sending me a release letter and he wanted me to remove the review. I responded "that is not the solution" "after you have done nothing with my case after months of waiting for at least one follow-up or update, you don't even know the total amount of work orders i have sent to your paralegals by email" also, he procedeed by demanding for me to removed the review. I was speechless after the unprofessional phone call. They have never called for an update but they were fast enough to call me after i posted the review. I never requested for my case to be dropped, however they still sent me I letter the reads that I requested the release. This is the most unprofessional experience i have ever experienced. Horrible and fake service, and waist of time!!

Kahn and Associates did an awesome job with our lemon law case! We were getting nowhere with VW Customer Service and decided to hire an attorney who specialized with lemon law cases. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We were able to get a full refund on our lemon VW Atlas.
