Sheldon was very knowledgeable and helped me through a legal process with my former oversees employer. He was available to take calls and if not he called back quickly. It was a pleasure to work with him and he made a tough time in my life much easier!

Ummm if you ever have seen the SNL skit where Bill Hader plays the angry tv anchor man who smacks ppl in their face with his microphone - that’s this guy. Asked for my life story which had me talking about uncomfortable irrelevant details (relevant to the back story of the relationships I had with the other party but overall unnecessary) then he COMPLETELY jumps over all of the important info that I didn’t even get to say and tells me to write it off my taxes. Does not give me any other options or recourse dn highlight any legal positions or recourse I might be able to pursue in small claims for example just tells me to essentially forget it that I lost too much money already and charges me $270 for a less than 30 min phone call where almost half the time I was forced to talk about irrelevant details. It honestly makes me ill in the situation I am in that I just gave this guy almost $300 to act like he knows how to handle a situation he knew nothing about. NOTHING. He also interrupted me treating me like I was emotional when I was not! It was crazy. I recorded it if anyone wants to hear what it’s like talking to this guy when he thinks your case is beneath his time and profit (which is fine but Jesus). Overall, I am not trying to be mean but he is an ornery older gentleman who dn care anymore and he no longer has the patience to deal with the general public. He was not helpful. It was lazy and rude and I honestly want to dispute the charge and submit my recording for evidence lol.

He is the kindest, sweetest and most understanding attorney I have ever met!! Mr. Starke will listen to you and genuinely want to know you and learn about your situation and will offer you very good, sound advice. He is patient, genuine and very intelligent. Do yourself a favor and give him a call- you will not regret it I promise!

Straight shooter, knows his stuff and tells it like it is, very polite and I have nothing but respect for a lawyer like that I got bounced and jerked around so many times before speaking to mr starke I highly recommend
