Our estate planning firm needed assistance with a Probate in Ohio. We did some research and found Demarest & Demarest LLC. We took a leap and we are so happy we did! Gwen is amazing. She is on top of everything, goes the extra mile and is always happy to assist. We came back again for some deed work on some Ohio properties and Madison came through and did a great job as well. The entire office staff is top notch! We hope to work with them again.

We had a great experience with everyone we worked with. The entire staff was very kind and courteous. Gwen is very knowledgeable in elder law. Just can’t recommend Gwen highly enough for elder law and estate issues! She has a way of explaining things in an easy to understand, non threatening way. Really connected well with my elderly father. She even came to my house since Pop is not super portable at the moment. Oh and way less $$$ than I expected. I’m also really glad to know if we hit snags along the way she’s got my back.

Gwen and Cullen are super knowledgeable estate lawyers. Every question I asked them was answered with relevant experience. They are friendly and helpful.
