Incredibly unorganized and unprofessional!! Vaped the whole first meeting...then forgets to tell me she rescheduled the initial court date so I take off work and show up at the courthouse...I had to call her to find out she rescheduled for a later date!! Then once we were all there she settled for half of what I told her my bottom line was!! And to top it all off, she just sent me a letter stating she had "overlooked some charges" and I still owed nearly $300!! And that was 2 YEARS AFTER the divorce was final!! Is that legal?! I'll be checking with the bar association for sure! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! 😡😡😡

Terrible experience. Do not use her for criminal law. I paid close to a grand and could have represented myself better , honestly. She is so money hungry it's disgusting . She had me plead right away , never tried to get me a deal ect. I had never even had a speeding ticket before this . The charge was a argument between my husband and I . Nothing physical ect ..I wish I would have used a public defender honestly .She also got involved in a probate case that would have last a week after my husband had chilled out . Instead she had took it upon herself to keep continuing it . Then did not show up . So it lasted over a month. She smoked her vap in the court house which is super unprofessional. And when the prosecutor offered me a deal , she had to look it up on Google to see if the crime she wanted me to plead to was something I had done the night I was charged , and then tried to convince me that by his statement I was , even though the police report was full of lies and deception. A lawyer is supposed to work for you not against you . The probate judge was so pissed that she had let me know who to contact with state for such craziness this lady pulled .. If she knew the law she wouldn't have butted into and filed things she wasn't even aloud to file on my part .. And btw I will not contact the office with my problems . Obviously u were no help before so why would I try now . Refunding my grand would be a start .. And props to Shelley.. I'm pretty sure she does most of the work there ..

Working with Natalie was great. Plain and simple, she got the job done. She provided excellent customer service along the way and was resolute in her approach to win my case. I absolutely recommend her.
