Never hire this lawyer, next time I'll pay the realtor fee. Although terms were agreed upon by both parties, Aigler interjected his own personal opinion on real estate contract causing many headaches and problems for seller and buyer. Aigler refused to take out his interjected portion although seller/buyer requested. He wrote a very unclear contract and when questioned by the mortgage broker directly lied. When mortgage broker indicated loan would be declined on current contract due to wording Aigler was too proud to discuss errors and told Mortgage broker he believed he's sold more houses than the senior mortgage broker.
