Lack of attention to detail and poor handling of estate matters
“This group needs to be more detailed oriented when it comes to estates, would not recommend them in dealing with probate or estate issues. For example, sending the original will to another firm without notifying executor of estate and telling me they don't have it in their possession anymore.”
