Mr. Valencia, I just wanted to reach out in hopes you read this since I cannot get a hold of you any other way. None of your reception staff seem to care to keep your good name. I fear your business will suffer if your staff isn't retrained on how to properly handle phone calls and return phone calls as I am literally throwing money in your direction and no one will answer or call me back, although I am told I would be called back within the day, each passing day, and am not. What set this public review as a must for me is the fact that i was just actually literally HUNG UP ON about 7x in a row. (I only called repeatedly 7x in disbelief, and sure enough, each time was the same, a pick up & hang up) I know you're an excellent lawyer and must be busy and I would love your representation, I am just beside myself on how your business is being run at this time. You should look into that, seriously. They are extremely unprofessional.

The Law offices of Valencia and Diaz are amazing. My husband and I have been clients of this office since January of 2017. Just knowing this office is in your corner is a relief. My family experienced an emergency and needed assistance right away on a Saturday night, and I had an attorney on the phone in minutes. They are honest, and straight to the point. Every single person that I have had contact with at this office has been highly knowledgeable. They are well worth their cost.

I have been a client with Valencia & Diaz for three cases now and the experience has been amazing. Since you walk through the door the receptionists are great and always friendly. Jeremy, who has been helping me with my latest case has been great with us, making sure all of our questions are answered and that we have everything we need. If there was any update with our case he would let us know right away. Amazing communication! Overall I think it’s a great firm with people who truly care about everyone’s situation.
