Anisha and the team are extremely knowledgeable about how to work with different tax situations, including how to work with tax authorities if you owe a balance, how to potentially minimize fees, and best of all how to do it all with some confidence and comfort it can all work out. They're a very thoughtful, diligent, and empathetic team. You can often learn more in a phone call with them than all you'd gather on your own doing research.

I truly did not think "help's" arms could reach me because I had previously put my tax issue in the hands of the larger tax resolution company that starts with an "O" that touts results, promptness, stellar customer service and they demonstrated the opposite of what they advertise. And made my tax situation much worse than ever! I was ill advised and it took them about 21 months (almost 2 years) to do "nothing". Every time I called to follow up and check (my file) status i.e. update on what's going on. I would find out in that call that my file was assigned to a different case manager or in the process of being reassigned. And each time the representatives responses were scripted, and I had to repeat myself (why I was calling) I felt like I was starting my file over again. I had become just another file. And when the term of the agreement ended (they got their last payment) my tax issue was so much "worse" than when I started with them because the IRS put a lien on my home. I did not know what to do, but I had to do something because I could lose everything! And one day in my mail I saw a flyer from "Taxley" advertising tax resolution services. I was so very jaded by my experience with "O" so I did not act on reaching out to Taxley (or any company) right away. I thought I could handle myself. Eventually I did because I really needed professional help to get me out of this and get my life back. I am so glad I finally made that call to Taxley, Anisha was compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and sincere and started affirming to me not worry right away!
