Pros
1
Lawyers at the firm are knowledgeable, professional, and provide excellent service
“Raia is a huge asset to Wise Law and the community. I was scared and lost and she picked me right up from the start, dusted me off, and took charge not only being fair and truthful through the whole prep and hearing but has exceptional knowledge of the case and the process as a whole.”
2
The lawyers are caring, compassionate, and go above and beyond to help clients
“Anisha is such a helpful and caring person, I called her for a free consultation and she really reassured me and guided me through some tough decisions. She helped me and followed up to check on me even without me purchasing anything.”
3
Lawyers are responsive, transparent, and provide clear communication throughout the process
“Anisha was wonderful to work with. I had a complicated situation with a rental property, the sale of it, and being complacent of not filing for a number of years. Not only am I compliant and up to date now, to my surprise, Anisha got me returns for many of the years. She is very knowledgeable and helped me through the process every step of the way.”
Cons
1
Some lawyers at the firm have failed to complete necessary tasks or provide promised services
“Jennifer has not completed the necessary reports to the court system that they have requested. Been working with her three years. At first she was great then eventually no help at all. Not returning phone calls or emails.”
2
There have been instances of poor client handoffs and communication breakdowns within the firm
“A friend hired Riah Hirsch at Wise Law. The case was paid in full $3000.00. Ms. Hirsch completed the filing of my friends case before deciding to move to Columbus, Ohio to seek employment elsewhere. Ms. Hirsch handed the case to an attorney named Marcus Coleman out of Cincinnati. Mr. Coleman stated he would be reviewing my friends case and sending out a document. This attorney will not call my friend back nor has he made any progress.”
