After finding myself charged by the Feds in Pennsylvania for participating in a so called drug conspiracy (heroin) that I only knew one person in, I was offered over 20 years as a plea deal! I was told by a guy in prison that Will had just gotten a guy out of the Feds who had a life sentence. I hired him, and thought that his advice to try my case before a judge for legal reasons was the craziest thing I'd ever heard. He convinced me to let him try my case before a judge, I did so: NOT GUILTY. I was told that the Feds couldn't be beet. Apparently that's not true.

Will has helped me with two different cases, each one I was pleased with the results. I will continue to go to Will, if needed in the future. He is very informative and knowledgeable about his work. He makes things happen, who wouldn't want that!

I have hired various lawyers in the past and was moderately pleased with their results. Will was honest , polite , and didnt just tell me what i wanted to hear. He was there for me, fought for me, and performed better than any attorney I've hired or seen in action. I would highly recommend this man to anyone and will absolutely use him in the future.

I was recently represented by attorney Will Norman for a drug trafficking case I was charged with in April 2014.Before obtaining Mr. Norman I hired a lawyer that told me he was certain that probation would be easy to get but towards the middle of the case he went back on his word and said the best he could do was a year in prison, So I fired him. I was advised by a friend to hire Mr Norman, After a few months of work from Will despite what the prosecutor told my previous lawyer, and my very poor criminal record Will Norman managed to get me probation against all odds. Thanks for all your help!

Recently I was charged with possession of drugs, a felony of the third degree, in Portage County. Mr. Norman first guided me through the "turning myself in" process, in such a way that I would never have to enter a jail cell (something that is very important to me). We then discussed different directions we could take, different possible outcomes, and how they could effect me. We also discussed the outcome that we should have as a goal (what my dream outcome would be). I was hoping to enter a divergence program, though this might not have worked since I have a prior (discussed next). Somehow, he convinced the prosecution to have my charge dismissed. This was an unexpected outcome. He argued for it even though it was highly improbable that the prosecution would agree to dismissal, and got it. About a year ago, in South Euclid/Lyndhurst, I was charged with 1) possession of marijuana and 2) possession of paraphanelia. The process with Mr. Norman was similar to the process I described above. When speaking with the prosecution he asked for leniency because of the fact that this is my first time possessing marijuana/paraphernalia. The prosecution argued based on the fact that there is paraphernalia, this is clearly not my first time. Mr. Norman stated that under the law, this was in fact my first time. The prosecution agreed and gave two options: 1) diversion program or 2) dropping the paraphernalia charge and changing the marijuana charge to disorderly conduct (minor misdemeanor that has better societal connotations than possession) with the option to expunge after a year given no convictions in that time. I chose option 2. If Mr. Norman did not have my charges completely dismissed in the felony-case above, then I would not be able to have this minor misdemeanor expunged.

Will represented me in Rocky River and Elyria court. The charges were DUI and Driving Under a DUI suspension. He relentlessly protected my rights throughout a difficult time in my life. Will was able to put together a deal that put me into some brief probation, which allowed for my Elyria charge (Driving under DUI suspension) to be viewed as a regular driving under suspension. Fine and points but I would have had to go to mandatory Jail time if he had not been able to put together the deal in Rocky River. I couldn't recommend a lawyer more.

I met with Will and handed over my only copies of several of my legal documents. He told me he would take my case and I would be vindicated for a very high fee (at least double of what a seasoned specialized attorney had quoted). Will told me to give him a week and a half to look over my documents and he will get back to me on the plan of action. I told him to let me know and that I could pay 75% of the fee upfront but it would take about 2 months to get the rest. After 3 months of not hearing back, Will finally returned my phone call and said he had been busy and it doesn't matter because I could not afford him anyways. He told me that he had given my legal documents to someone else and never returned them.
