Scott is unprofessional and unresponsive after the initial session in which he will tell you whatever you want to hear.

I had a lawyer in the past that failed on so many levels, and knew I needed to do my research and consult before hiring. If I had even one doubt, I moved on. I went into my initial meeting with Scott thinking he could be a "winner," when I left, I knew he was the one. He made me feel comfortable and that was a big thing! He explained everything and never made me feel dumb if I didn't know or understand. He truly cares and is not all about the money. You won't find that anywhere else. I cannot say enough amazing things. I thank my lucky stars I found him.

After my divorce I ran into financial issues and was left no choice but to file bankruptcy. He was honest and got me through the entire process pain free. Going through a divorce is something I'd never wish upon any person, but if you find yourself in that situation, Scott Deliman is definitely the counsel you will want. He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, he told me during my consultation, trust me and I'll make sure you are taken care of. At the time, obviously, I didn't trust anyone, but I took a leap of faith and put my trust in him and he followed through 110%! He's very understanding with the fact that I am a single mom and allows me to make monthly payments towards my lawyer fees. Divorce is never a happy thing, the process is excruciating and emotional, but Scott was there every step of the way and made each step lighter and lighter as time lead up to the final court date. Working with Scott has been a very rewarding experience from beginning to end. He helped me keep my granddaughter and my guardianship in place against her father would didn't show up until she was 12 years old and after her mother (my daughter) died. He walked me through all the steps of this 1 year roller coaster ride. Scott kept me informed of each success and setback. He was very attentive to my needs and fears and always responded immediately when I called. He was also very honest about all proceedings, something extremely important to me. I would 100% recommend Scott M Deliman to do excellent job in any court procedure.

I read the reviews of Mr. Deliman without noticing that they are all from the same year, within months of each other. It's 2 years later and we did not have a good experience. We sought legal counsel to fight spousal support. He barely fought for our interests, left us in a terrible financial situation (I.e., going to the food bank, likely losing our house, pressuring us to sell it, etc), then complained because the magistrate's decision that resulted from his ineffective defense left us unable to pay his bill. He consequently withdrew a week from an important court date. Throughout the time he was our attorney, he seemed very distracted, couldn't find things in our file, and let his secretaries respond for him. We do not think this man was worth his fee. We hired him to mitigate damages. Instead, he damaged us himself. Please don't let this happen to you.

As a business owner you want to have a trusting relationship with your attorney and let your attorney handle it. That is advice most of us have a hard time doing and letting the control go. I have used Scott on several occasions for my business and I would highly recommend you give him a call to discuss your situation. Scott has a way of understanding the case in full as well as getting his clients to understand that he will do everything in his power to get the results. Scott, does not jump to conclusions nor does he waste anyone's time or money! We are good at what we do and ask our clients to trust us so why not let Scott do what hes good at and have trust in him.. Again, it's hard to not have control but If I have to give control up then I'm fully trusting in Scott.... He's proven that to me time after time!! If your looking for an Attorney to help and handle it then I'd definitely call Scott Deliman. I decided to write a review because there should be more people writing GOOD business reviews and just not the bad. Just my opinion.

I've had the privilege of knowing Scott for several years as a patron of my local business. When I was involved in a very bad car accident and the driver had no insurance I was terrified of the mounting medical bills and my insurance company refusing to honor my uninsured policy so at that time I decided I needed a lawyer and after interviewing several attorneys and not coming away impressed at all I remembered Scott and WOW was I amazed by his knowledge and his passion for fighting for my rights during this difficult time. Scott handled everything and a short time later all debts and damages were paid. I was so amazed by Scott in this case that I told him he was my attorney for life! Most recently I've hired Scott to handle my divorce case that involves my 3 young children. This has been the most difficult time in my life and I honestly don't know how I would've gotten through it without Scott! As a father in a divorce case I believe its a very large uphill battle and from the very beginning of my case all I wanted was to be in my children's life and Scott told me to trust him and everything will work itself out. Well I took his advice and he didn't disappoint at all! By putting my trust into Scott and letting him guide me through this horrible time in my life I've went from not seeing my kids to getting my rights back as a father and all the terrible accusations against me being dropped because Scott was able to prove my innocence and most importantly getting to see my three children which is all that matters to me! To watch Scott in court during my divorce case was truly awe inspiring. He absolutely blew the other attorney out of the water and flat out took him to school in the courtroom. After that day I was so thankful that I had chosen Scott and I came away for a new appreciation for the law. I often think if I had another less knowledgeable attorney how things could've went for my kids and me and I thank God that I had Scott through all of that! Scott probably doesn't realize the gratitude and appreciation I have for him as a lawyer and as a truly good human being and I can proudly say now that I call him a friend! Bottom line if you need an attorney call Scott Deliman it will be the best decision you could make!

Mr. Deliman did an excellent job when he represented me during my divorce. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and was a voice of reason during a very emotional time. Things turned out well from following his advice, and I have sent several referrals to him in the years since I retained him. Every single person has been very pleased with Mr. Deliman as their attorney.

I don't know where I would have been without him. Going through divorce is a very difficult time you struggle with all kind of emotions and going with thoughts like " can I trust him?" One thing I remember he told me at the very beginning--" You trust me do what I say and you will be fine". And I did. And I am very glad how my case turned out. He sees you as a person not just as a case. He listens to you, pays attention to you, pays attention to every little details. He is very sharp and fights for your best interests and does not let anything slide. My case started out as a simple divorce case which turned into a multiple and very difficult case. One case just rolled into and other and an other , he took his time with each one and helped resolve the issues in my favor. English is not my first language so he took his time to explain everything to me patiently and actually taught a lot of new words to me. Not to mentioned he educated me and I learned a lot in those years.
