I called Mr Weaver about a ticket that I wished to fight because of how the officer treated me during interactions and he said he would help me. Instead of fighting it he made me plea guilty/no contest so now I have to pay 203$, when the original ticket was only 140$. I should have just paid the ticker if I'd known I wasn't gonna be heard and mis treated all around and have my disability overlooked. I don't think I'll be using Mr Weavers services ever again. I went home crying cause I felt unheard. They value their clients an what we decide I was never given the chance to havey voice heard when I was given a paper to fill out to accept guilt over what happened they're ridiculous here for the client yeah right.

In only one meeting Roger listened to my dilemma and he immediately felt compassion and gave me options. In proceeding with the case, he advised me of the best way to communicate with him to help him save time and save frustrations. He was very successful with the case and was always professional and efficient making our communications easy using emails. I will use his services again if anytime I need legal assistance and I highly recommend the services at Weaver Law.

Horrible experience. Claimed to be working on my case for 2 months. I used my group legal plan and he was listed as an approved attorney from the plan which lists that he specifically can help me with landlord/Tenant disputes. I sent him all my documentation after an initial call explaining my needs. He then said that I would have to hire him privately if I wanted his help. Why would I hire him after months of inaction and lies that he was working on my case! He then billed my legal plan anyway for work never completed.

I first met with this law office years ago as a covered service supported by employer. I needed a will at the time. Since then, my husband and I converted our simple will to a trust. Now I'm working with Weaver Law to settle my father's estate. I am satisfied with thorough explanations and the service.

Dustin Weaver is horrible. He ask the same questions over and over again. Doesn't return text or calls and just doesn't seem to care. I wouldn't recommend.

Roger Weaver is a crook. Takes your money, lies about working on your case. Tells you that he needs more money after he’s done nothing. Doesn’t issue receipts and not upfront on charges.
