Thank you Roklyn Turner for being an amazing human being, attorney & GAL. Attorney Turner is extremely knowledgeable within her practice & runs a very organized office. She made me feel at ease throughout the unsettling experience of having to go to court by taking her time with my case. I would recommend Attorney Turner hands down! She may have a pricey retainer for someone on a budget, but is fair & understanding. With my case being dismissed due to the other party not showing up I was refunded more than half of the retainer put down. Roklyn Turner is a well known & respected attorney within the courts system. I hope that I will not have to return to court but if the time comes I will be reaching back out to Attorney Turner’s office.

I started paying these Attorneys, I had a telephone Appointment with an attorney at 10am on July 23rd. The attorney never called. I sent 3 emails regarding their missed appointment and had no response. I called again, I was told that the attorney didn't put me in the books so that's why I didn't get a call. Another appointment was made for Friday August 2nd between 2 and 5pm and again, no call. They continue to debit my bank card for $100 weekly. I am submitting complaints to the BBB as well as the Bar Association. I would not recommend this firm.

I paid for a bankruptcy and decided not to go through with it. I paid 1500$ and never signed or gave any documents to this firm. They told me they will not refund me and I’m just out of the money. Do not use these attorneys, they are greedy, difficult to get in contact with, and definitely not a good business.

I can't Thank Roklyn enough for handling my divorce case which was very complex and drawn out due to my ex. Roklyn was very informative and knowledgeable during my entire case which lasted over a year. She was always on time and available day or night when I needed her as well as her awesome assistant Debby whom was also always available. Roklyn is good at what she does and worth every penny she will FOREVER be my attorney for any and all issues going forward in life. If you want the best, here she is.

Zero Stars for this law firm. After paying them upfront the entire retainer amount, only to later decide I did not want to use their services. I was told I would receive a partial refund since they had worked a few hours on my case. I am still waiting on my refund. I have contacted them via email and phone several times with no response. Terrible service!

I am extremely disappointed with the way this company has handled my situation. They were deceitful, and did not disclose many important details. I feel quite swindled and much worse off than I was before I hired their team. I hired them because of their reviews, but I did not receive the same level of service that people on here seem to have experienced. I personally would not recommend their services.

Steer far away if you’re considering her for any custody matters. Almost one year into my case and still did not have a child support order. Met with her once in person and once over the phone. Rarely and almost never responded to my questions and concerns, nor advised or met with me prior to hearings. The only mistake I made was putting my full trust in her. I’m an attorney myself and I was extremely disappointed and saddened by her representation after a friend recommended her to me. She set me back when she knew I was dealing with a high conflict ex spouse who was physically, emotionally, verbally, and financially abusive. Not to mention, I was pregnant and unemployed. With all due respect, she played a major role in making our (my children and I) situation worse.

Arlene Potash is doing a great job for your office. I am pushing 78 and she helped me tremendously. She was very kind, explained a few things to me and gave me excellent advise. She is very efficient and made sure I understood everything she had to offer. . I definitely will recommend your office in the future. Give her a gift card for a meal. If I was near Cleveland I would buy her supper
