Working with Atty. Ciotola and his staff has been a pleasant experience. Before deciding to file bankruptcy, I met with Atty. Ciotola and he was very clear in describing a variety of options that were available to me- and some of those options didn't include or require his services. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision that would lead to his involvement. He was very helpful answering a wide array of questions I had during the whole process, always in a prompt and timely manner. Interactions with members of his staff were always informative and cordial. Information and messages left with his secretary always were delivered and relayed very efficiently.
