This court is infested with liberals and progressive activists. Morally bankrupt, these scum along with your shady attorney complicate simple cases. This is done to squeeze people out of their hard earned money. Keep voting for democrats and this is what you get! Vote out the democrats. Americans have a major issue. For the last several decades the partisan left have been filtering out Republicans & conservative discourse at University Law School levels. Candidates for Attorney are steeped in inculcated leftist ideology. Two tier justice is the result.

Judge Rosemarie Hall needs removed. Myself and other victims are going to be presenting evidence that she rips children from parents that are in fact FIT. She judges drug addicts even when they’ve had over a year is sobriety. She is an evil human being who will burn in hell for these sins and she will soon be exposed.

This “family court” system along with its magistrate and judges are absolutely the biggest joke to ever be seen. I’ve gotten advice from summit county and Trumbull county courts that even laughed and apologized I’ve been sucked into this useless county’s court system. With very well known favoritism to had the most money, making decisions without factual evidence, and only being concerned with the money they can make from people in need of help. This court system has destroyed my life, has forever damaged my children and failed in so many ways. I pray for the day it falls to the ground. Or at least gets investigated by the Supreme Court. Avoid at all costs. Their guardians as well are horrible and absolutely worthless

THE WORST COURT SYSTEM EVER!!! These Court People are Extremely Biased and will flat out ignore Critical Evidence that would Discredit the other Party (who puts on a Show in every Hearing and that the Court is secretly siding with but it shows). Favoritism towards an awful Parent who has more money verses a Parent with no money yet makes the Parent with no money bleed themselves dry to pay the Wealthy Parent who lied through out the every Court Hearings and "refuses to work". A Toxic System who Destroys Families and throws you to their Ravenous Wolves who Steals your Kids away and gives the Kids to your Evil Ex who is a Bad Parent. Also this Court Staff trashes my new Family without ever giving them even a chance (Never even met my Family) yet feels sorry for the other Party / Opposition who is not Truthful and gets the Kid to lie (who is old enough to know better) for them while the Kid gets Expensive Rewards for helping Destroy my new Family who was extremely Generous to the Kid and who (my new Family) is Innocent. 0 Common sense! No Education. “Low Class Trashy System! “ “The Stark County Family Court Claims to promotes a safe and healthy community by protecting and supporting children and families.” That Statement is the BIGGEST LIE!!! The Logo in their Courthouse is False because the Court strives to DESTROY Families!!!

The handicap parking/hill situation is horrible and down right dangerous. If you are in a manual chair / difficulties walking and don't have help don't bother. No one assisted with doors , the kiosk or the elevators. The receptionist was very kind and went in the restroom to confirm if was truly accessible. THANK YOU. Over all the experience was mentally and physically exhausting. Stark you need to serve the community better..

I am a victim of domestic violence and had a court date to divorce my abusive "husband!" Apparently he has more rights than I do. He tried to kill me...held a gun to my head. But he filed for bankruptcy and I am being forced to stay married to this evil less than a man for 3-5 more years til his bankruptcy goes through. Guess the protection order I got is as useless as Stake County family court! What a joke of a system!
