Rob really fought for my best interest!

I asked and paid for a $1000 deposit for a guardian ed litem for my adult/disabled son through Wayne County Probate. My son was appointed Mary Warlop. Not only was Mary Warlop biased against me, she failed to make follow up phone calls, ignored any proof I submitted, made assumptions in her filings without any documents, which led to un-truths on her part. I’m still trying to clean up the mess she made in the case I opened. I’ve had to file a complaint against her. I’m hoping Wayne County Court will never use her again. I know that I was retaliated against, when I told her she was doing a horrible job. I was stigmatized by her, because I didn’t pay her personally/directly. It became obvious that she had no interest in my case, slandered me, and disregarded my son’s wellbeing.

My experience was great! Attorney Abney and his team made every step of the process smooth and I was never left wondering what was going on. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Not even one star. Absolutely horrible, magistrate is a handwriting expert? Massillon Courts honor 6 year gambling debts and call defendents retards basically. You should be ashamed.
