If you want a lawyer that will fight hard for what is RIGHT. He will make sure the TRUTH is revealed. He is easy to talk to, very down to earth and has a lot of experience in Stark County. He knows Stark County. Divorce, Dissolution, Custody, 3rd Party Custody, Visitation. I hired someone prior to Jason and wish I would have found him first. If you want a NO DRAMA lawyer that is worth the amount of $ you will pay and he will fight for you and put you at ease in the court room that is Jason.

Jason is a humble dedicated attorney working hard for local families. He makes it a point to not only resolve issues but work them to the best of his clients favor and always fair. I had dealt with other local attorneys and while he didn't have to put me first he did. I know I can count on him without hesitation.

Me Reese represented me in my divorce My ex-wife's retirement was never taken into account when the division of assets was written up. When the order came out splitting my retirement 50/50 I spoke with Jason. He agreed there was an error and was going to look into it . After six months of trying to get a hold of him again I had to turn to another attorney. Please don't use him!!

Don't use this lawyer who I made a complaint on with the county bar association and state ethics commission. He didn't follow my wishes in fighting the case that was unfounded because it had incompatibility as a ground which I denied in open court which should have resulted in the case being dismissed. He also didn't protect my interests which cause a unequal settlement and my rights not being protected. The home I received was over priced, property was removed that shouldn't have been taken, and assets were unevenly divided which resulted in me getting less than I was required to receive because of a failure to take into account financial assets removed from the home. I was required to pay a joint credit card debt that was incurred by both parties in which there was no evidence that either party should be required to more than what they had incurred individually in which there was evidence the other party had incurred significantly more than their half of the debt. The case was baseless both legally and by Gods law with the plantiff suffering from extreme emotional distress as a result of her daughters actions clouding the legitimacy and legality of her position and should have been dismissed because there was only incompatibility grounds which I denied in open court and is grounds for the case to be dismissed. Don't retain this individual if you want a competent case pursued in which proper evidence is presented and your position is represented as you wish.
