I spoke with Mr. Fry by telephone well after normal business hours. The phone call was initiated by him after having left him a message earlier in the day. At the time, Mr. Fry had a very busy case load that precluded him from taking our case. Nevertheless, he was more than gracious and offered advice regarding the case at no charge.
