Very professional. Rob stayed on top of my claim and was always quick to reply to my questions. I would definetly recommend.

Filed in the wrong court room twice even after I provided them the right case number. Took a year to even get into court. Lied about what was filed. Suppose to present a shared parenting plan and never did. Have the messages to prove it and the court papers to prove they didn't provide it. Then gave me a bill. I paid 1800 up front. Then was told I owed 750. I paid it. Then 1500. Paod it. Then weeks after court another 850 on top of that. I asked for what. He replied with he got my bill mixed up and I still owe another 850 which I didn't. I refused so he removed himself from the case. I paid over 3000 dollars to wait a year for a 3 hour court hearing. Only to find out my attorney never even provided a shared parenting plan in the first place. Terrible experience.

I have used this agency for my divorce and custody battle and was very pleased with my experience. My lawyer (Mr.Hawkins) fought for what was right and fair. Margie is my lawyers assistant and she is the best ever! There were days I called in a panic, probably sounding crazy to her but she always took the time to talk about my troubles, what was going on and calming me down and explaining the process and so forth. She definitely goes above and beyond! The whole world needs to know how wonderful, understanding, and compassionate Margie is!
