I came to Kathyrn about a problem with at trust, She was very critical about the trust and who prepared it. . She did not listen to my problem or give any help in finding a solution. I asked for a letter to be written to the trustee in my behalf to settle some issues. She showed no interest in helping me . I found her knowledge of the rights of beneficiaries in the new trust codes of 2007 to be limited.
