After the intial interview and alot of promises made, no communication inspite of repeated phone calls and letters to him. The only communication by him was to send an enormous bill for READING papers and writing one page to the court. He should be ashamed.

Kim Rose and his team did a wonderful job for me by protecting me from my children. They were always responsive. You want him on your side.

Attorney Rose as assigned by the court to represent my mother in a guardianship issue. This was not my choice nor hers. I have to drive 200 miles plus to get any response to my questions through my attorney. He can't seem to find time to appear in person and always sends someone else in his place as he is too busy to appear himself.
