Dan was not my lawyer for most of this case, but I wish he was from the start. My previous attorney was non-responsive and didn't seem to want to put in the work for my case. Dan Getty came in and quite literally saved the day. He had very minimal time to prepare, given the circumstances. Yet, he stepped up to the plate, swinging. He did more for me in two days than my other attorney had in 8 months. I highly recommend Mr. Getty to anyone in need of legal services. I know he will be the first person I call if I ever do, again.

We were referred to Mr. Getty and glad we were. After I laid out the situation with a 2021 vehicle and the issues we experienced as well as all the documentation I created around the issue; Dan came out swinging on our behalf. He was our voice for the entire situation and we went from Ford telling we had no case to a full buyback.

Mr Getty came very highly recommended to me at a time when my children were in jeopardy. My ex had been twice convicted of and jailed for Domestic Violence against our 6 year old son and yet the "system" favored him in our situation. "Mr. Dan, as my kids came to call him, stepped in and all of a sudden, things were as they should be. He is always accessible, always responsive and never, ever stopped working until I was satisfied with every bit of the outcome. He was up front and honest about everything, answered every question I had no matter how silly. He's very easy to talk to, one hundred percent genuine. I hired Dan after a long drawn out custody battle of 2 years over my daughter. Dan walked in to my case knowing that it was going to be extremely hard. Long story short my previous attorney and judge screwed my entire case up from the beginning (incorrect information, including birth date of my daughter). Within just a few days Dan had filed numerous appeals and had us back in court a matter of days. Dan worked his magic of being an amazing attorney and I kept my daughter. First off, Mr Getty is a flat-out awesome person. I had an extremely strange case arise from a disillusionment over ten years ago. I had failed to comply with a court order that I had no idea existed. It was a potentially serious problem. I could've even ended up in JAIL! Finding Dan Getty in my husband's time of need was invaluable. He is a true advocate for his clients. Is experienced in law and it shoes through his knowledge. After an in house civil warrant was released as active we were faced with a sudden notice that he need to turn himself over to the jail and were fearful of his arrest. Unsure of the cause of the issue and our next step we contact Dan Getty. Dan worked diligently to resolve the issue with the magistrate and determine the recently opened warrant was from a non appearance to court 12 years prior related to an old student loan debt. With all debts resolved he was able to quickly, effectively, professionally handle the situation. Now we can live without the fear of an arrest and our family can not rest easier knowing the problem been taken care of.
