The guy is outstanding - what I like best is that he's not just my attorney, but acts like he's part of my staff. He's comfortable telling me when I'm wrong, advising me with ideas on other directions to take. All of this is in reference to my starting a new company in the middle of a recession - the company is doing great and the relationship with Dave just keeps getting better!
