I have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Calkins' firm on multiple occasions. In 2018, and 2019 Pars Capital hired the Calkins Law Firm to handle the legal aspects of merger transaction. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable in performing the transaction details and offering valuable advice when constructing the transaction structure.
