This is a place you would definitely try to avoid. The attorney is very inexperienced and is not capable of helping me to meet my needs. I had to direct the attorney in what to draft for a new business. There is absolutely no guidance from the office. After consulting with them and pay a quite expensive fee i still feel uncertain about whether I am following all the rules or regulations or not. In addition the senior partners in this office is incredibly unprofessional. They call you without leaving a phone number to call back.
