Scott was recommended to me by a family member who had heard good things about Scott. He helped me with my first and hopefully my last case from a car accident. He was very detailed on the process and he always answered any question I had regardless of how many times I asked it and how big or small it was. Being my first time needing a lawyer I had a lot of questions on the process. He was very helpful through the long process that was super stressful on me. He helped in any and every way possible. Hopefully I won’t need to have another reason to reach out to him but if I do he will be the first and only that I call , also going to refer him anytime anyone needs an overall smooth and stress free experience.

He listened carefully to understand my unusual situation and then went and did some research that took more than the allotted time just so he could give me the best possible answer to my question. He was very helpful and easy to talk to, although he did repeat himself quite a bit so I found that I had to interrupt him just to get him to stop repeating himself.

Unfortunately we had to acquire Mr. Kuboff’s services several times (4) over the last 2 years. Mr. Kuboff has surpassed our expectations every time. He is very polite, professional and to the point when it comes to his view point….with every case that we had to fight, he told us his approach and how the courts would respond to it and that is exactly how it occurred. It's nice to have an attorney make you feel like your case is their top priority. I first met Scott Kuboff when my business partner recommended the Goldberg law firm to represent me on a probation violation hearing. Since there was jail time over my head, i was real nervous at first but felt comfortable and rest assured after meeting with Scott. He never rushed me off the phone, never cut me short, always returned my calls and always took my opinion into consideration.. This was a first for me. Before the hearing, we met in person once and spoke on the phone several times to discuss the plan. In the courtroom, Scott did most of the talking and prepped me on what to say when it was my turn to speak. The probation violation was resolved with a simple warning from the judge. Even though I have not been in any criminal trouble since then, I still go to Scott for my small business needs and my ongoing custody battle for my kid. This is the only attorney I've worked with that I can say positive things about. Nothing but great things to say about this guy.
