EDIT...Im torn. They definitely helped me so that part is 100% true but there was some accounting questions that didn't line up with what i was told. I dont even have an issue with the total. The problem i have is the total is different than what i was told it would be. So i have changed my previous 5 star down to two. i had reached out several times to the attorney i worked with to question why the bill was different than he told me and he had not responded to several emails. Only reply was from the billing dept. telling me how to pay. Ill pay it. They did the work. Just billed me more than i was told they would. So be cautious as you may be billed more than they tell you to expect.

Just received a phone call from Thrasher, Dinsmore & Dolan. Their lawyer told me that because the lawyer that had been working on my case quit, they no longer are responsible for keeping her records or her behaviors while she was employed there. If a company isn't responsible for the conduct of their employees and can't produce their own employee's records, that's a pretty good indication of their quality of service and their levels of care with cases. Do not work with this company. Your money will be stolen, your records will be lost, and you will never get to see your children. :(

Do not waste your money at this firm. I hired Laura Wellen at this firm to help me through a divorce to get my daughter's medical records, make up time with my daughter for all the days my ex took from me, more time with my daughter, and family heirlooms that my ex had kept illegally. My family and I spent thousands of dollars at this firm, only to have the lawyer hired to stop working on the case for over a month until I called her supervisor and made him get her to work on the case, and then when we went back to court, got me none of the things that I hired her for. Both the judge and the parenting coordinator agree that the things I was promised in the contract (holidays, make up time, birthdays, records) are not there and that my ex can pick and choose when I see my daughter based on mere whim, which was literally what I was trying to change in the original contract. When I complained to her supervisor, he refused to hold his employee accountable. Do not trust these lawyers.
